| to imagine it end to imagine it fade to imagine it going away like imagining your romance like fantasising of your escapade your prince sweeping you off your feet to imagine it end but it never will after one will come another your prince won't come he is but ordinary your imagination makes him pretty to imagine the end the end that lives only in your imagination in mine time won't end i've said before time is a liar she won't stop lying so it won't end really, it won't not till the owner of time will not till the coming of Christ will till then imagine it ending or be real and go on, really |

post a commentNothing ever ends. Work and stress and problems will never stop coming. Only death can bring true peace. So enjoy your life now! Stop waiting for all this to be over because it never will! After PMR, SPM. After SPM, A-levels. After A-levels, Uni. And after Uni, Work. It never ends. And you could be dead tomorrow.
Wait at your own risk.
Byran, that's BLOODY morbid even for you. Why so pessimistic? I'd rather be a realistic optimist and say that life sucks but that doesn't mean you shouldn't live it to the fullest before you kick the bucket. People, don't mope cause things may not be very much better when you're six feet under. (or even lower if you haven't been very nice) Hahaha, I'm so hypocritical. You talk about temporary suffering and eternal peace and i talk about having to rough it out temporarily and spending eternity in damnation...
Eh? Okay maybe you misunderstood me.
Life is full of problems and work and stress. I know a lot of people (my own parents, to bring it closer to home) who keep saying that they'll go out and enjoy life after it's all over and they retire from the workforce.
My mother has high blood pressure and her family has a history of heart problems. Excuse me if I shake my head and say it's not a good idea at all for her to wait for her retirement.
What Carynl wrote about being realistic and living now instead of waiting for some imaginary finishing line is something I identify with. We all know the cliché "live every day like it's your last." We all nod sagely at that. But not everyone really does heed that sound advice.
Because you've never been close to death. You've never lain on the sidewalk bleeding everywhere, wondering if this will be the day you die and how your parents will react when they see your broken body in the morgue.
You've never regretted truly the things you never did. But when that moment comes, you'll wish you spent this time doing instead of waiting.
Live your life to have no regrets when death comes. Live in the moment, because you never know when all those moments will run out.
